Human Family: Clift

Artie has been with me for over 15 years.  I rescued him from Medway RSPCA and they said he was at least 4 years old, and I saw a lovely chilled picture of him online.  When I went to collect him he was placed on the floor, he rubbed my leg & gave out the loudest meow I have ever heard, what a lovely boy. I was glad to give him a home.

He was a very friendly soul, always beside me and it was a wonder I never stepped on him.  He loved his food and used to tap me with his paw and gently bite me for food.  Sometimes he woke me in that way, early in the morning, and he also stood on top of the bedside cabinet with a constant loud meow for dreamies which he knew where I placed them.  He helped unpack my shopping & showed an interest in most foods, spotting what he liked and demanding he gets some. I had to clear a space at the top of my bed because he liked to sleep beside my head.

Artie was an indoor cat, however, he went for walks in my garden with me and then followed me back inside.  He was very friendly we had a lovely time together.
